Dear Siobhan, I write further to our conversation this afternoon, in which I expressed my sincere gratitude for the fantastic job you carried out for us in our house move in January 2017.  From the initial meeting with you, in which you were able to advise on what we needed by way of boxes etc., to your kind offer to facilitate our cumbersome collection of records, by providing office packing crates and the co-operation between your company and its brilliant team.  The removal team were amazing and worked so hard to get all our worldly goods into our new home, safe and sound, despite the snow causing freezing conditions and the fact that the job took two moves before everything had been delivered.  A huge thank you to those great guys, they were so careful with our belongings and really ensured that we had eveything moved that we wanted to move. They were also very friendly and polite and made our move so much less stressful that it had the potential to be, considering we were being accompanied by two cats!!
